Restrict manager from changing last working date of direct reportee.

Summary: Hi All

In a scenario where managers are submitting resignation on behalf of their Direct Reports or approving the resignation of their DR, they should not be able to change the last working day. Please let me know if there is anyway we can restrict the same.

Currently when employees are submitting resignation, the last working day field is a read only field.

If we can achieve the same for managers. Please suggest
