After Hiring Demographic Info Country Section displays Country from legal entity

Summary:

After hiring a person, the demographic info part shows the same country as the legal entity the person is hired into. This country entry can't be changed afterwards, it is only possible to add a new demogrpahic Info. Is there a way to change this, so employees that are based in Country A can be hired into legal entity based in country B, but the demographic Info shows Country A instead of Country B?
