Summary:

When I tried to run "Edit Item Attributes", some error message popped:

"An application error occurred. See the incident log for more information."

"Definition CompletenessScore of type Attribute is not found in j_ROOT_ICCIntfVOName."

Similar error was mentioned in "Fusion PIM: Definition EffXXXXXXXXX Of Type Attribute Is Not Found (Doc ID 2139923.1)" but as the key words are different, I guess the root cause could be different.

Questions:

  1. how to check the incident log?
  2. if an SR is needed?
