Review Work Order Cost does NOT show correct Variance.

Hello Experts

When I am analyzing the variance tab under review work order cost, I do NOT agree with the amount it shows either at Raw material or for Output.

When I look further deeply, I see that Planned Output Qty does NOT match with what is there on Work Order.

For example, please see below screenshot.

On Work Order, Planned Output is 68850 Square Feet whereas on Review Work Order Cost Page under Variance Tab, the Planned Output Qty is showing up as 60900 Square Feet.

Can anyone help to understand why it is like that?
