My customer has turned on the SSO setup on PBCS and it is not providing option on SmartView login to use native user credentials.

My customer has turned on the SSO setup on PBCS and it is not providing option on SmartView login to use native user credentials. Earlier with classic EPM, there was a setting that allowed login for both native as well as SSO users. I am not able to find that setting for OCI 2 environment.
