How to Create a Material Requisition from Work Order

The customer have two departments, one have the material control the other one create the work other using materials from inventory. I'm looking for options to create material requests from work order to be attended in the inventory. I did some tests here, and didn't find a solution to do that.

Basically, they want to create material requests, like an expense transfer order from Work Order.

Is there a way to achieve that?
