How to display Line Manager only in Connections org chart, including adjusting the manager counts

Summary:We have two types of managers associated with each employee...Line Manager and Timecard Approver. The org chart via Connections displays both on the org chart and doubles the total employee and manager counts. Is there a way to include logic that would only display Line Manager manager type as well as adjust the total employee count?
