Seeded Fast Formula change to fetch Project Name and Task Names instead of ID

We have seeded Fast formula to generate output as Project ID and Task ID. Instead of the ID's wants to generate output as Project Name and Task Name. What are the Variable names we have to use to fetch Names instead of ID's.
