How to make a vacation balance transfer when there is a global transfer and they have the same plan

Summary:

I have the following scenario:

 

An employee is enrolled in a vacation plan (Accrual) A, has their enrollment and balance calculation correctly, the employee submits a movement in the assignment on a specific date, puts an end date to the current plan according to the transfer movement, and adds a new enrollment date to the same plan A with the new transfer date. When calculating balance, the balance transfer movement is made, only that it calculates the transferred balance as the balance of the new registration considering the seniority and number of days reflected in the accumulation matrix, as shown in the following screen.
