Default Worker Category using Grade - Autocomplete Rule not working for approved use case

Summary:

Hello,

We have already enabled autocomplete on our client's environment. However we have the following requirement.

If Grade is between SG1 to SG6, worker category should be staff. In other words, the worker category field should be auto populated with the value staff.

Below is the rule created. However, it is not working. Can someone advice?
