Approval for Item adding for WorkOrderMaterialTransactionApproval

Summary:

Approval for Item adding / Substitution rule for WorkOrderMaterialTransactionApproval OR WorkOrderOperationTransactionApproval

Content (required):

We have enable WO E_signature process and wanted to have an approval process for 'WorkOrderMaterialTransactionApproval '

Scenario :-

1) Approval require while adding item at run time WO level i.e after WO release ( added item should not a part of Item definition / Work definition)

OR

2) Approval require while adding substitute item ( substitute item define in item structure) from at run time WO level i.e after WO release.

(Note:- as per 2536704.1 Currently the substitute items are not visible at work order level.As a work around, need to manually delete the component and add the relevant substitute item)
