Important Considerations for Dynamic Skills

Summary:

Based on Oracle documentation, to use Dynamic Skills, the HCM environment must use English only for the operation language (no mixed language implementations). What does this mean exactly?

Content (required):

Does this mean that if a non-English language is enabled, Dynamic Skills can’t be used at all? Or does this mean Dynamic Skills can be enabled, but will only support the English language?

What if Talent Profile data is in English only, but other modules in the system use other languages? Can Dynamic Skills be supported then?

Any inputs on this matter would be much appreciated. Thank you.
