Format of Date for a Token and Descriptive Flexfield is broken on our custom offers letters

Summary:

Can anyone help with offer letter date formatting please, we currently use a Token <?MOSTRECENTEXTENDEDDATE?> to present the date the offer was extended on and we have a Descriptive Flexfield to show the temporary end date <?ATTRIBUTE_DATE1?> which are being presented 2023-07-24T12:30:51.000+00:00 & 2024-07-25T00:00:00.000+00:00 instead of how we would like to display it e.g. 24 July 2023 - this in comparison to the rest of the date tokens or DFFs display correctly and we are not sure how it got broken. I have raised an SR but they advised me to ask a question here to see if anyone
