Hi Team,
Greetings!
We have a custom alert created for payment method change notifications.
All the details are good and the earlier run had captured the notifications and emails were delivered.
But the latest run is found to be running long hours and is not yet finished. It is not clear why the process has been running long.
Is there any way to troubleshoot why the alert is running so long, especially when there is not a high volume of trigger data changes since run?
How do we find the root cause for such issues?
