How Picker will Receive Sales order/Task on RF Scanner automatically

Summary:

We have a business requirement where we want to automate process as soon as a task gets created it will get allocated to available picker as per the location or area . Which means picker with relevant area will get task to pick orders automatically .

Is there a way we can automate or schedule wave template run as task assignment to picker ??

At a Peak season we have more than 100 pickers to pick and pack items from shelf .
