How to make changes in Person Information Disability Layout for different countries

Summary:

We have a business requirement where Person Information Disability UI layout will be changed for example: The business wants United Kingdom (UK) Disability UI layout shall be replicated to US, Canada and Brazil. However, these countries have different Disability UI layouts.

Disability Info can be accessed from Me -> Personal Detail -> Disability Info (last section).

I've checked there are BI reports which are placed at Human Capital Management -> Workforce Management -> Person Management -> Countries (select disability BI report for the specific country) are having RTF template that shows the Disability Info UI layout for the country. When changes are made to this RTF template, it is not reflected in the disability Info UI for the country.
