How to Transfer stock from facility X (MFG Org - Non WMS Enabled ) from Fusion to Facility Y (WMS Enabled org)in WMS ?

We have referred a Note ID-WMS - Fusion Integration. Installation, Configuration and Examples (Doc ID 2944549.1) referred Transfer order integration .

But as per our requirement we want to Trigger a transfer Order from MFG org X from Fusion , But we want to Receive this stock from X to Y which is a (WMS org) through inbound shipment in WMS .

We do not want to ship order in WMS , we want to ship same in Fusion .

In WMS we only want to receive as Inbound Shipment , like we do for PO Receiving.
