Summary:

Hi All, Employee applied leave and it is in Awaiting for approval status. Now when HR edit the leave before approval by following the below navigation

My Client Groups>Person Management>Search for employee>Absences>Absence Records. Then edited the particular leave which is in Awaiting for approval status and submitted it. Then in the transaction console it is showing as Withdrawn by Web Services Application Identity for HCM.

In the report the particular leave is shown in withdrawn status, but the HR did not withdrawn just changed the duration and submitted. Can anyone please help me to sort this.
