HCM Extract: How to extract inactivated Departments

Hi,

We have a requirement to send data when there is a change(past/present/future) in Department details, mainly Department End Date.

Currently we built an extract with PER_EXT_ORGANIZATION_CHANGES_UE, and this UE is giving only current and future changes.

I have tried building a new extract with PER_EXT_SEC_HISTORY_ORGANIZATION_UE by giving Extract Historical Organization ID as Threading Database Item, but it seems like not working.

Can anyone please Suggest how to get records if the Departments are inactivated with past dates.
