Candidate Pool - Upload of Excel File

Summary:

Can an excel file for candidates be uploaded to QRC to a candidate pool to know 1) where candidates are sourced from in the system and 2) alleviate the pain point of having to get a propsect to apply fully in ORC in order to be communicated with via the Campaign functionality

Content (required):

Our concern is more so that we engage with talent at events and having them apply to a pipeline or standard req in ORC can be a bit clunky on the road and quickly (especially since Resumes are required).

We wanted to know if an excel file of Name, Email and Phone for candidates could be uploaded into ORC to a candidate pool to (1) know where candidates were sourced from in the system if hired to evaluate the success of attending an event and (2) alleviate the pain point of having to get a prospect to apply fully in ORC in order to be communicated with us via the Campaign functionality.
