Feedback regarding RESPONSYS SMS Channel
Hi All,
We are facing huge difficulties to manage SMS campaigns correctly in RESPONSYS.
Here are our main issues :
1/ Our contacts are not flaged UNDELIVERABLE when RESPONSYS get an undeliverability error from the agregator MGAGE >> We continue to send them messages
2/ We sometimes get deliverability issues. For example in Belgium we are around 90% but one day it droped down to 34%. The support is unable to provide any concrete explanations
3/ API does not work the same for EMAIL and SMS (in the API retrieving all campaigns, no SMS returned & no error when calling a SMS campaign over and undeliverable contact)
4/ Interactive Dashboard is not able to schedule customized SMS report delivery by mail
