Responsys API question: How to retrieve all contacts from a list AND create webversion of an email?

Hi, I have a 2 part question:

  1. I am trying to use the Responsys Rest API to get all the contacts/recipients from a list. I see from the documentation that I can search by RIID or query based on email/mobile# but I would like to pull in all records. Is this possible?
  2. Is there an endpoint that I can pass campaignID (and other variables) and have responsys generate a web-version of an email?
