Include a Token Alias with a link to a webpage

Hi all:

I am trying to insert a button on a campaign so when the customer click on it, the system opens a webpage. This webpage will be dynamic and are kept in a table. How can we insert this functionallity in the button?

The issue is to send a campaign to the people who have abandoned the shopping cart, and when clicking on this button, the system opens the link with his specific cart, so he could finish the process.
