STO Deployment Issues on 8/2

Hi Responsys Insider Family,

Reaching out to the group to see if any other clients had STO deployment issues on or around 8/2/2018?  Our email team encountered an abnormal deployment issue (explained below) when we deployed a campaign with STO and wanted to know if anyone else had the same or similar experience around this time or ever.  We've submitted a support ticket nearly a month ago but little help has come back. Our team is not new to the tool, so it caught us off guard as STO setup is fairly straight forward.

Looking forward to hearing any feedback or tips.
