How to change date format for notification title

We noticed that the date format for notification title is YYYY-MM-DD in BPM (see screenshot in red frame). The date format in user preference it's set up as DD-YY-MMMM. We need them to be consistent, so how can we change the date format in notification title to DD-YY-MMMM?

Appreciate any suggestions.
