SMS Update?

Hey - we have been integrated with SMS on Responsys for some time now and would like to check in and see if there is a new users guide/best practices/rules and regs kind of document that has been updated since 2016 or 2017. I've been poking around Topliners and can't seem to find a link or storage location. Can anyone help? We want to make sure we are still good SMS stewards.
