Branded avatars or BIMI (Brand Indicators for Message Identification) within email clients seems to be the new popular thing within the email landscape. For those unfamiliar, this element is where a company's logo can be displayed to the left of an email's subject line. Since BIMI is new to the email world, there's minimal documentation on how companies can utilize this new display element from a technical execution perspective. Has anyone at Oracle Responsys had experience with implementing BIMI that could offer direction on this topic and how to include it with a Responsys account?
