About opt-in e deliverability status

I have some doubts about deliverability and opt-in/out status that I couldn't find answers in the documentation.
*Important disclaimer: I'm not trying to find a way to overcome the opt-out status of my customers, as my questions may make it seem. In fact, I'm implementing some procedures to attend new regulations and avoid changing this by mistake.
- Suppose for the questions below that I have a customer A, with customer_id_ C, RIID_ X, e-mail address Y and cel number Z, who opted out of my e-mail communications using Responsys form provided by me.
- If that same email Y is assigned to another customer B, who has another RIID_, will that customer B continue to receive our promotional emails as usual? Or will the e-mail address be blocked for every customer?
