ILT - Learners not getting added

Summary:

Hi Team,

Please let me know if any of you have faced any issue with ILT assignments. We have few ILTs offering and when we try to add Learners, they are not getting added to offering and we dont have any Access group/ pre-requisites added. Its a simple ILT offering.
