How to auto update the year in the Email Footer

Hi,

I am creating a Email footer in Eloqua and it needs to show the current year within. EXAMPLE: [2016] Click here for more information.

I am trying to have the year value automated so we don't have to go in and change the value every year.

Any ideas how to achieve this?
