Eloqua forms - how to disable a field when a value in another field is selected.

I am working on 3 forms in Eloqua and one of the things that I am trying to do is to have a form field condition, so when someone selects US in the Country field the State field provides all states in US. If the customer selects a different country the State field will grey out and not be available for selection.   How to I pull this off
