how to add a unique identifier to a link that is used multiple times in a e-mail?

Hello there,

Here's a question that we need to solve within our company.
We use Eloqua. Now we send our customers e-mails in which you have 1 MAIN CTA but also text links throughout the e-mail all linking to the same url.
Here's what i would like to know:

Our sales team has asked us the question to deliver them the contacts who clicked on the MAIN CTA (and not the text links for example)
The link is the same so eloqua will see it as 1 link and combine all the clicks.

Now i tried using anchors in the links, but that didn't help either since when you have a url with anchor for example:
