How to personalize/customize a page without Application consultant role

Hi All,

 

Requirement : - Lets assume we have to customize the "Employment information" page. which is available for manager in the path My Team --> My Team --> Click on person name.

Now if you are a consultant and only have  you cant navigate to that page and thus cant customize.

 

In general what we do is, we assign "Application Implementation Consultant" role to any manager and then from his/her login we customize the page. But i thikn we should have some other approach as what we used to have in Ebiz - R12.

 

In Ebiz (R12) we used to have a responsibility called "Functional Administrator" using that we were able to personalize any page using "Document Path".
