Lookup table - User Audit

Hi,

We are working on instance audit for migration purpose mainly focused on the created date and created user.

My Apologies if this has been answered before I have tried a lot to get the answer for the below:

Is there an option to get the created date and created username for Data lookup table, we were able to find last modified information for We look up but would be great if there is an option to get the created date and created usernames for Data lookup table and Web lookup.
