Hi Experts,

Have a quick question around creating a custom security profile for an HR Specialist. 

We have 2 LE’s. LE1 and LE2. 
We have 2 HR’s one for each LE viz. HR1 and HR2. 
HR1 can only search for all employees in LE1 – similarly HR2 can only search for all employees in LE2. (I think this is fairly simple using Security profile by Org Unit). 

Now if the employee has a global transfer from LE1 to LE2, we end his work relationship in LE1 and create a new one in LE2.
