Is ther ea limitation on Size for Full CSV files

I seem to see only 87298 records for a course report

When I run a BI report on courses and I have it set to do a full report and have the output in the CSV format,   I only and always get a record count of 18298 records.   I know there are more that those in the system but it will not give me a full extract of all of the courses for each individual.   I originally had used the .xls formatted report but ran into the 64K limitation so I went over to the full report.

Does anyone else have this issue?
