Eloqua Insights data to Google Data Studio

Right now I'm getting my feet wet with Google Data Studio. If I upload a csv file of the Email Analysis Overview for example I can layer the Insight data with Google Analytics data giving us a more holistic view of our email performance.

The catch is that I'm manually uploading files and that is not going to be workable solution long term. Initially we were exporting BULK API activity into a separate BI platform, however there is no soft bounce definition in the activity fields:
