Auto Synch Filter Error - Not Blank

Hi,

I need to add a filter on this Get All Contacts auto synch (Microsoft CRM Dynamics 2011) to exclude records without a company name (filter 3 in the below snapshot).

Filters 1 and 2 work, but as soon as I add 3, when the sync is executed, it returns an error (without specific details in the email notifications).

I've tried different variations of not equal to blank, NULL, 0, "",  <>

or equal to *?, ?*, *,

or greater than 0, "".

Always getting the same result.

Any recommendations?
