Synchronize defaults causing incorrect calculation of Benefits

Summary

Synchronize defaults causing incorrect calculation of Benefits

Content

Hi ,

We have enabled the employee and job level granularity.

We have defined the Benefits by job and Union code.

Some of the jobs codes are not associated with all the benefits and hence not setup in defaults.

Example , an employee belonging to Job code1 and Union Code1 has Benefits2 and Benefits3 but does not avail Benefit1.

Hence, the setup in defaults is

Job Code1--> Union Code1-->Benefits2

Job Code1--> Union Code1-->Benefits3

When we execute the Synchronize defaults rule, it assigns the smartlist value Benefit2 with the account OWP_Benefit1 and smartlist Benefit3 with OWP_Benefit2.
