Configure an Agent to Deliver Data Based Off of Prompted Information

Scenario: You want to run an agent (daily, weekly, monthly, etc.) containing a Form Submission Data Report (NOTE: This can be applied to other types of reports, but we're using Form Data as our example). You have 10 different forms to query, and you want ALL of your reports separate. However, when you go in to create an Agent, there's no option to customize the Agent to select the specific form(s) data you wish to deliver.
