Product Notice: Support for Native Salesforce Integration Ending Feb 1, 2021

Please be advised that Oracle Eloqua's Salesforce CRM Native Integration will be permanently removed during the Eloqua 25D release (currently scheduled for November 2025).

Customer notifications were sent directly to those whom we expect will be impacted in December 2024.

What This Means for Customers Who Have Continued to Use the No Longer Supported Native Integration

If you are still using the deprecated Salesforce Native Integration, it is essential to transition to the Salesforce Integration App prior to November 2025 to ensure uninterrupted synchronization between Eloqua and Salesforce CRM. The Integration App offers enhanced performance, security, and a suite of advanced features that were not available in the legacy system. This transition can start as soon as you're ready - no need to wait.
