Eloqua Support Team Update: Telephony Changes Effective November 1, 2020

What's Changing

We are making changes to how Service Requests are handled when initiated by phone. Effective November 1, 2020 any phone calls to Eloqua Technical Support for NEW service requests will be routed to the Oracle Global Support Hub. The Oracle Global Support team will create the service request on behalf of the customer and, once approved in My Oracle Support by the customer, it will be assigned to a member of the Eloqua Support team for investigation. 

This only affects NEW service requests therefore phone calls for existing service requests will be routed to the assigned Eloqua Support Engineer directly.
