SFDC Integration App - Missing Picklist Integration + No "Unique" Form Marketing Activity Parity

Just a note to see if anyone else observed this. The new SFDC Integration app doesn't allow an option to synch into picklists. This seems to be quite important for events / companies that have multiple product / sales areas that consistently updates / changes.
Combining this with different international portfolios, it's a lot easier and accurate to manage it through a synch.
Now, this then bridges into the next area where Internal Events use to have "unique" options for specific assets or "all" - right now there's only an option for ALL form submits.
Certain form submit activities need to be directed to custom tables depending on the client stage / teams working in CRM, and also due to the flexibility of the form submit app (eg. create CDOs due to certain conditions), there are a lot of "internal system" forms.
