Dynamic Sender in Email "From"

I'm looking to send emails through Eloqua on behalf of our sales team. I already know that I can use dynamic content to personalize the content of the email. The way I understand it, in order for the sender to be dynamic (ie to send on their behalf), the sales team must have an account in Eloqua. Am I misunderstanding this? Or is there a workaround for this? We do not want to create accounts for our sales team.
