Import Sales Cloud Data to Eloqua CDO
we are importing Sales Cloud Data to an Eloqua CDO. All works fine, but we cannot seem to find the data priority logic for this case. When a sales cloud activity is sent to Eloqua (CDO) a Contact Record is created in Eloqua. We are not sure if this happens because of our CDO Recrod Services (send to program and in a later stadium processing that data) or because a record was sent to Eloqua from another platform and automatically creating a contact record.
We are very causious with creating new records, but in this case we are not sure how we can prevent these records to be created.
