POD7 Australia was unstable today, but nothing from Eloqua System Status
We had 5 x POD7 clients having significant issues logging in and being able to stay in Eloqua today as POD7's stability went up and down like a yo-yo.
MOS have tickets for each client, however, it was the complete absence of any updates via the System Status page. Each client has asked us to obtain an explanation from Oracle about the outage. We've asked the same question in the past and a response, if at all, takes 5+ months.
A little more transparency from Oracle would be appreciated @JodyMooney-Oracle
