Error when select "Use HCM Position Hierarchy" on Enterprise setup

Getting the following error when try to enable "Use HCM Position Hierarchy" on HCM Enterprise setup in R13 18B:

You cannot deselect using the HCM Position Hierarchy because the line manager is synchronized from the position hierarchy. (PER-1531935)

Please assist.
