UTM Tracking in insight reports

Hi,

We have a form which captures UTM tracking (UTM Campaign, UTM content) via hidden fields. I'm looking to create an insight report for monthly form completions for people with a specific UTM campaign. I can't work out how to do it. Has anyone done anything similar?


The form submission data report doesn't seem to allow me to filter by UTM campaign, it just pulls through everything.
