while updating contact from Eloqua to oracle sales it gives error?

At first, the contact is created from Eloqua to the oracle sales using the sales, integration app, and after some changes happen in the Eloqua contact while updating that contact changes in sales it gives an error while updating the contact from Eloqua to sales necessary images below

in this image, it says that may be records are missing but i have seen that all the fields ar proper filled also checked in sales environment records is their
