How to handle emails being sent to the from address
When we deploy emails, the from address and reply to domains are different. The contact who receives the email can reply to the email and their reply is redirected and received in the reply to domain.
However, we noticed that some contacts are creating brand new emails on their mailbox and sending the email to our from address which we use to deploy emails from Eloqua. These are not being redirected to the reply to domain and therefore we are missing some emails.
Would anyone be able to provide me with more insight on how this can be handled?
